We want you to be happy with your Untethered Supply Co. cap. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to sort it.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging where possible. As headwear is a personal item worn close to the head, we are unable to accept returns on caps that have been worn, unless they are faulty or not as described.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at untetheredsupplyco@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size where available. Please note that stock is limited and we cannot guarantee availability. Contact us before returning to check.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
